What is the largest impeller you can make? Our 20”-30” diameter impeller (depending upon the configuration of the contour). Contact us if you have a specific configuration in mind for a free evaluation. Do you make/manufacture parts for residential use? No. We are a high-tech machine shop with customized components made specific to industrial applications. Can you make parts from other manufacturers? Yes. We produce both PMA parts including data generation as well as obsolete parts with out prints. We both digitize and reverse engineer your part with our CMM and capture the 3D data to manufacture a copy of your part. However, we do not produce parts based upon other manufacturers’ proprietary part numbers. Can you make shrouded impellers? A. We are actively developing software to manufacture shrouded impellers in one piece. We presently manufacture shrouded impellers by brazing individual parts. |
