Impellers and Blisks

Impellers:

Our technicians have both the training and skills to use custom-designed software and 5-axis machines to produce high-quality pump components in the following configurations:

centrifugal pumps
axial variable pitched pumps
shrouded impellers
paddle applications
backward curved propellers
and turbo charger impellers

Used in compressors, cryogenics, turbo chargers, gas separation turbines, gas swirlers, IBRs and medical heart pumps, our impellers are available from prototype to production.

Blisks:

Bladed disk or, blisks are one-pieced parts for compressors in aerospace applications. Due to our unique expertise in 5-axis machining and our proprietary software we are able to produce blisks at a competitive cost.
